  • Developer benefits holiday should be rejected

    Mayor Sutcliffe’s Housing Acceleration Task Force is suggesting a five-year break for developers from paying community benefits charges (CBCs).  These charges are often used to support affordable housing and public amenities in our neighbourhoods.
