Community Information Session
The City has received development applications to redevelop the block generally referred to as 340 Parkdale Avenue. It is bound by Parkdale, Armstrong, Hamilton and Spencer – including 3 Hamilton Avenue North and 223, 229 and 233 Armstrong Street (and the Carleton Tavern). The applicant is proposing a 38-storey mixed use building, featuring approximately 465 dwelling units and 4 levels of underground parking, containing approximately 322 parking spaces.
My office will be hosting a community information session on Tuesday, February 24 in the Wellington Room at the Hintonburg Community Centre, starting at 7 pm. The first hour will be informal as residents are invited to peruse the display boards showing the proposal and speak with the applicant team. That will transition into a presentation and Q&A starting at 8.
