340 Parkdale Avenue (Including Carleton Tavern site):
Community Information Session
The City has received development applications to redevelop the block generally referred to as 340 Parkdale Avenue. It is bound by Parkdale, Armstrong, Hamilton and Spencer – including 3 Hamilton Avenue North and 223, 229 and 233 Armstrong Street (and the Carleton Tavern). The applicant is proposing a 38-storey mixed use building, featuring approximately 465 dwelling units and 4 levels of underground parking, containing approximately 322 parking spaces.

My office will be hosting a community information session on Tuesday, February 24 in the Wellington Room at the Hintonburg Community Centre, starting at 7 pm. The first hour will be structured in town hall style, with the applicant team providing a comprehensive overview of the proposal, followed by a Q&A. Following this first hour, the meeting will transition to an informal walk-around with display boards, where residents who wish to stay on may ask more questions one-on-one to the project team.
The applications are now online at https://devapps.ottawa.ca/en/applications/D01-01-26-0002/details.
For any questions about the meeting, please email jeff.leiper@ottawa.ca or alice.fyfe@ottawa.ca
