The City of Ottawa has received an Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment application to develop a 6-storey building at 1088 Somerset Street West with 21 residential dwelling units and two visitor parking spaces, and a 16-storey building with 80 residential dwelling units and two visitor parking spaces at 50 Bayswater Avenue.
Our office will be hosting a virtual open house to provide an opportunity for the applicant team to share information on the rezoning proposal and to answer questions that the community may have. Find the planning documents for this application here.
