84-96 Hinton Avenue - Site Plan Control

An updated Site Plan Control application has been submitted to the City for 84-96 Hinton Ave. You can review the details on DevApps. The proposed development will be a mixed-use development with residential and commercial units. A four-storey low rose apartment building with a total of 24 residential units will be constructed on 84-86 Hinton Ave. The second building on 88, 92 and 96 Hinton Ave will be a six-storey, mixed-use building with a total of 110 residential units and four commercial units on the ground floor. The proposed residential development will feature a mixture of bachelor/studio and one-bedroom units for a total of 134 residential units and 13 surface parking spaces. 

A previous Site Plan for these properties was submitted and approved to construct two new buildings, a 4-storey low rise and 6-storey mid to high rise apartment building at 84-86 Hinton with 16 residential units and a 6 storey at 88-92 Hinton with 69 residential units and 6 commercial grade units.
