Reid Park Re-Development: Community Update Open House

When: Wednesday, May 10 from 6:00-8:00pm

Where: Hintonburg Community Centre, Wellington Room

Together with City staff, we are hosting an open house for the community to review the up-coming work that is set to occur in Reid Park this summer. As you may recall, we hosted a consultation with the community to discuss how you would like to see a re-developed Reid Park. The final plan has been determined through the consultation process, with staff considerations, and the work will be commencing this summer. A big component to the park’s re-development is the environmental remediation. City staff have provided am Environmental Risk Management Program that you can read on another blog post:

City staff will be on hand on May 10 to field any further questions about the remediation work you may have. They will also discuss up-coming timelines and field any questions regarding potential construction impacts.
