Scott Street construction update: October 27

We've received the following update on Scott Street construction progress. Some of the work has been advanced a bit.

"The milling and paving of Scott Street between Merton Street and City Centre Avenue will take now place this Friday and Saturday, October 30 and 31 (and not November 2 as previously anticipated). Next week, November 2 to 6, existing maintenance holes will be adjusted within the limits of Merton Street to City Centre Avenue. Final hot mix paving of Scott Street, between Merton Street and City Centre Avenue, will follow the week of November 9. The Hydro duct crossing of Scott Street, just east of Bayview Road, will also be completed next week."
