Swings installed at Lions Park

A quick note as I catch up on email that we received the following a while ago from our parks planners about the installation of new swings at Lions Park:

Councillor Leiper,

The construction for the swings at Lions Park is scheduled to begin next week.  Workers may be present as of November 16^th, but the swing installation is planned for November 23^rd, 2015.  We are planning to have large equipment on site to excavate and safety fencing will be erected to cordon off the work areas.  Every effort will be made to minimize the length of the time that the playground areas need to be closed off entirely.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
