Please note that the City has received a revised submission for the proposed development at 403 Richmond Rd.
The major change is an additional setpback was added after the 7th floor to avoid a canyon-like affect on Richmond Rd. The top level amenisty room was also setback 3.0 metres from the Roosevelt edge to reduce the visbility of this level.
