258 Carruthers - Zoning By-Law Amendment & Site Plan Control Application - Open House

As you may be aware, there is a Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Control application currently circulating for 258 Carruthers Ave in the Hintonburg area. The application is to demolish the two existing structures and construct a three-storey, 16-unit apartment building with no parking.

We are hosting an open house to discuss this application on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 6:00pm in the Hintonburg Commuity Centre (Laroche Room). The applicant's team will be on hand to run through the proposed development, and the lead planner will be availble to field process questions. Jeff will faciliate a Q + A which will begin at 6:15pm.
