We previously posted a head's up, and now the full application for a proposed development at 177-179 Armstrong and 268 Carruthers is available on DevApps. You can review the applications here (Zoning By-Law Amendment) and here (Site Plan Control). 

The proposed development would see a 33-unit, three-storey apartment building on Armstrong and a three-storey detached dwelling on Carruthers. Seven(7) surface parking spaces will be provided.

During the open house webinar, the applicant and their team will run through the proposed development in more detail, and we will take questions from those watching. In order to join, you just need to download Zoom and click the link provided. You will then be prompted to use the password, and sign in with your name and e-mail address.

We will be recording the webinar and posted it online afterwards for anyone who is unable to attend on July 30.
