1655 Carling - Revised Site Plan Submission

For those following the progress of the proposed development at 1655 Carling, please note that a revised submission has been received for the Site Plan application now that the Zoning has been approved. No major changes have been made. One revision is a new grade separated bike lane that will be constructed (by the applicant) to tie into works the city has planned at the intersection of Chruchill and Carling. 

The most recent submission is dated May 2021.  Plans are available on DevApps.
