349 Danforth Ave – Site Plan Control Application

The City has received a Site Plan Control Application for the property located at 349 Danforth Ave.

Located north-west of Byron Ave and Churchill Ave intersection, the subject site has a 10m frontage on Danforth Avenue. It is within proximity to the Richmond Road commercial corridor in Westboro. The property is located approximately 400 meters from Dominion Station. Directly west of the property is a parking lot. Further west are commercial and retail buildings. Directly east of the site is a parking lot. Located further east are residential and commercial uses. Immediately north of the site are commercial buildings, which front on to Richmond Road. South of the subject site are institutional uses. .

The proposed mixed-use low-rise apartment building would have 13 dwelling units and two commercial units. Some landscaping, mostly in the front yard, is proposed. It is proposed to have waste storage be in the basement. No vehicular parking is proposed.
