For those following the progress of this development, there are new ew material is available on Devapps.

The applicant, in response to comments received to date, has submitted revised plans and made significant changes to the design of the building. The applicant described the project updates and statistics as follows:

  • The building design is now an H-shaped footprint resulting in a new courtyard along Richmond Road and rear courtyard for the development. Review the “Design Presentation”  on DevApps for details.
  • Additional sidewalk width and public space along Richmond and at the site corners.
  • Project Statistics
    • 184 dwelling units, with a range of unit types including studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom +den, 2 bedroom, and 2 bedroom +den.
    • Ground Floor commercial units (472 sq.m, 567 sq.m, 435 sq.m)
    • 131 parking spaces (17 visitor, 114 residential)
    • 92 bicycle parking spaces (resident) and 6 exterior commercial bike spaces
