404 Eden Ave

This is a follow-up to the Public Meeting that was previously held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Concorde Properties is proposing to demolish one existing detached dwelling at 404 Eden Ave in order to construction one new low-rise, four-storey apartment dwelling. As such, the proposed development is seeking approvals for Site Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment. 

Our office has been in discussions with the applicant to work through some community concerns. We would like to hear what the community has to say one more time to determine the next steps. If you are unable to make the meeting, please send questions or comments to jeff.leiper@ottawa.ca
