The city is currently working on a design to replace aging infrastructure on Winona, Wilmont, Elmgrove and Picton. Depending on budget, contruction could begin in the late spring of next year. Design is underway now and should be complete by the end of this year.

To that end, we and the city are inviting you to a Public Information Session on Wednesday June 29 on ZOOM. You'll see the preliminary design and get to ask questions and provide input on the design of the street, with permanent traffic calming measures in place, upon completion of the work. We've attached the notice that will be delivered to nearby residents.
