Scott Street Construction Update - December 14

We've received the following update on Scott Street construction this moring.  Please note that the below dates are subject to change as they are weather dependant.

Work Completed week of December 7^th to December 11^th

• Adjustments and refreshing West Transitway Detour pavement markings
• Multi-Use-Pathway (MUP) centreline painted on entire MUP along north side of Scott Street between Holland and Bayview Road
• Majority of signage installed for West Transitway Detour, west of Merton

Work remaining

• Installation of remaining West Transitway Detour signage installed early January, 2015
• Overhead signage for bus only lanes to be installed early January, 2015
• Street lights along north side between Hinchey and Holland – December 23^rd
  • Westbound curbside lane remains closed within this section until north side lighting has been installed
• Signals at Merton to be scheduled sometime before the holidays
• Street lights to be activated for Multi-Use-Pathway (MUP) #2 and #3 this week
  • Multi-Use-Pathway (MUP) #2 to be opened end of this week
