*NEW DATE* Community Open House - Zoning By-Law Amendment for 1385 Wellington Street (Wellington Diner)

We are co-hosting a community open house for the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment at 1385 Wellington St W which would permit an outdoor patio at the Wellington Diner. You can review the application on DevApps here. The applicant, their consulting team, as well as the City of Ottawa lead planner on the file will be in attendance to field any questions. 6:30-7:30pm: Applicant’s team will briefly review the proposal, highlighting the most recent changes & where we are in the process.

                    Q + A facilitated by Jeff Leiper will follow and continue for as long as there is interest.

7:30-8:00pm: Q + A wrap-up & one-on-one discussions
