A City-initiated by-law amendment to change the zoning for the St. Brigid's Centre for the Arts, Bronson Centre, Barrymore's and places of worship city-wide to reflect their roles as live music and performance venues is now available for comment, to be considered by the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee on May 3 and Planning Committee on May 8. The proposed changes are good. But, I'll be working with stakeholders to see what other changes might productively be made as a part of this process.
