There is a development proposal for the property at 326 Kenwood Ave. The proposal for the 8-unit development would fit within the approved zoning, with the developer seeking a number of minor variences at the Committee of Adjustment. All 8-units would front onto Kenwood Ave. We are hosting a community meeting so that residents can gain more information regarding this development and understand the minor variences the developer is seeking.
