99-103 Pinhey - Site Plan Control Application + Open House

A Site Plan Control application has been submitted to the City of Ottawa for a development at 99-103 Pinhey Street, on the southeast corner of Armstrong Street and Pinhey Street. The proposed development would be a 24-unit, four-storey apartment building with underground parking. Seven parking spaces and 12 bike parking spaces are being proposed as part of this development.

We are also hosting an open house so that the community can review the details of the proposal and discuss further. The open house will be Tuesday, November 6 from 6:00-7:30pm at the Hintonburg Community Centre.
