951 Gladstone Ave + 145 Loretta Ave - Zoning By-Law Amendment Application & OPA - Open House

As you may be aware, there is a Zoning By-Law Amendment and Official Plan application currently circulating for 951 Gladstone Ave and 145 Loretta Ave in the Civic Hospital / Hintonburg / Little Italy area. The application is to permit a mixed-used development with office, retail and residential uses in three high-rise towers at 30, 35 and 41-storeys in height.

Please note that while the formal public feedback deadline was January 11, feedback can be given up to and after the open house. 

Our office, along with Councillor Catherine McKenney, Somerset Ward, are hosting an open house to discuss this application on Monday, February 4 at the Hintonburg Community Centre (Wellington Room) from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The applicant's team will be on hand to run through the proposed development, and the lead planner will be available to field process questions. Jeff  and Councillor McKenney will facilitate a Q + A which will begin at 6:20pm.
