As you may be aware, there is a Zoning By-Law Amendment and Official Plan application currently circulating for 951 Gladstone Ave and 145 Loretta Ave in the Civic Hospital / Hintonburg / Little Italy area. The application is to permit a mixed-used development with office, retail and residential uses in three high-rise towers at 30, 35 and 41-storeys in height.
You can review the ZBLA and OPA applications further on devapps. These applications have not yet been approved.
The applicant has now submitted the accompanying Site Plan Control Application. Our office is holding a community open house to give residents the opportunity to review the details further, and ask questions from the developer and City staff.

During the open house webinar, the applicant and their team will run through the proposed development in more detail, and we will take questions from those watching. In order to join, you just need to download Zoom and click the link provided. You will then be prompted to use the password, and sign in with your name and e-mail address.
We will be recording the webinar and posted it online afterwards for anyone who is unable to attend on July 13.
