90 Champagne Ave - Site Plan Control Application + Open House

As you may be aware, there is a Site Plan application currently circulating for 90 Champagne Ave, in the Civic Hospital area. The application is to permit a 14-storey apartment building with two levels of underground parking. The building is proposed to contain a range of residential dwelling units, including: 22 studio units, 146 one-bedroom units, 63 two-bedroom units, and five three-bedroom units for a total of 236 units. The development is proposed to to have 91 vehicle spaces and 138 bicycle spaces on two-levels of underground parking. Access to the underground parking is proposed off Champagne Ave South towards the north end of the parcel. A vehicle entrance is also proposed at the south end of the parcel, which will serve to access the existing parking lot to the west of the proposed building. No ground-floor retail or commercial is being proposed.

Please note that feedback can be given up to and after the open house. 

Our office is hosting an open house to discuss this application on Monday, June 17, 2019 from 6:30-8:00pm at the Hintonburg Community Centre (Laroche Room). The applicant's team will be on hand to run through the proposed development, and the lead planner will be available to field process questions. Jeff will facilitate a Q + A which will begin at 6:45pm.
