417 Road Widening: Letter to Ministers

Yesterday, Councillors Wilkinson, McKenney and I wrote to the Ontario government suggesting re-purposing funds proposed to be spent on 417 road-widening. One compelling alternative would be to use the funds to extend LRT to Kanata on an acclerated basis. Take a look at the letter here.
