316-332 Clifton Road Zoning By-Law Amendment, Site Plan Control + Open House Webinar

The owners of 316-322 Clifton Rd are applying for a Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Control to permit the development of 29 three-story townhouses on Clifton Road. The proposal consists of 17 traditional townhouses facing Clifton Road and Wilber Avenue and 12 back to front townhouses on the west side of the property.

During the open house webinar, the applicant and their team will run through the proposed development in more detail, and we will take questions from those watching. We will be recording the webinar and posted it online afterwards for anyone who is unable to attend on October 8.
