For those following the progress on 2046/2050 Scott St, a third resubmission has been made and is now available to review on DevApps.
As well, the appliant has submitted their Site Plan Control application, also available on DevApps. This property is still subject of the Zoning By-law amendment (D02-02-20-0034), which is currently being reviewed by staff.
