2046/2050 Scott Street Development - Zoning By-Law Amendment Application - Community Meeting

Our office is hosting a pre-application community meeting on a proposed development at 2046/2050 Scott Street, which will require a Zoning By-Law Amendment application to accomplish. The project is proposed to be a 28-storey residential tower with 208 units and commercial at grade. In addition, they are proposing to provide 50% of the required resident parking, 100% of the required vistor parking and 100% of the required bicycle parking spaces. The exact numbers will be available once a formal application has been submitted.

We are holding a community meeting in order to give residents an early opportunity to review the details of the application and ask questions of the developer and City planning staff. The meeting will be an opportunity for the developer to receive feedback as well.
