Touch those toes, fill that water bottle, tie your shoes, and get ready for the 2015 Cyclelogik Centennial Hintonburg 5K and 1K Kids Fun Run!
Here’s everything you need to know about this much enjoyed community family run, whether you’re a runner, spectator or resident. There are two runs happening, the 5k Run/Walk Race, and the 1K Kids Fun Run. The 5K starts at 9am, and the 1K at 9:10, Sunday, July 12. Several roads will be closed from 6:00am to 12:00 noon on Sunday. You can check out the route to see which roads will be affected, and there is a full list below as well. Runners and spectators, even though roads are closed, make sure to be vigilant when crossing intersections. Drivers, please be extra aware when driving near the route.
Spectators are welcomed and enjoyed! Feel free to come out and make some noise for our runners! Holding signs of encouragement, cheering and giving our runners some high-fives is always much appreciated. Please though, make sure to make room for any emergency crews if they need to get through.
Please note that Race Kit Pick-up, for both the 5K and the 1K, is Saturday, July 11, 10am-4:30pm
Good luck to all our runners, including Jeff!
