161 Hinchey Zoning By-Law Amendment + Site Plan Control applications and online open house webinar

The owners of 161 Hinchey are applying for a Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Control to permit the development of a four-story, low-rise apartmebt building with 15 units. No parking is not being proposed. Amenity space will be provided via balconies facing the front and rear as well as at-grade space in the rear yard. In the coming weeks, a Minor Zoning By-law Amendment application to address site-specific zoning provisions will be submitted along with a Site Plan Control application
