159 Forward Ave - Site Plan Control

Please be advised that on May 6, 2020, the City of Ottawa received a Site Plan Control application for 159 Forward Avenue. The applicant is proposing to develop a four storey low-rise apartment building with 31 dwelling units. The proposed development received funding through the City’s affordable housing program.
