1 and 19 Sir John A MacDonald Parkway - Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment

You may recall that the City of Ottawa has received Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit offices and diplomatic missions to allow the development of embassies. This application amends the Official Plan. Fotenn Consultants Inc., on behalf of the National Capital Commission (NCC), has revised the proposal for proposed embassies at 1 and 19 Sir John A MacDonald Parkway in response to the concerns raised by the City staff, the Community Association, and members of the public.
