September 19 Scott Street construction update

My apologies for a late update - though it's fairly light. Here's the latest on the Scott Street widening and MUP construction, as of Tuesday:

Scott Street update

• Traffic and street light foundations and wood pole installations complete with exception of the north side span wire at Carruthers.
• The City’s Signal Operations is working with the Rail Implementation Office and OLRT to complete signal installation for the West Transitway Detour.
• Widening work to occur directly in front of Tunney’s Pasture this week.

Multi-Use Pathways

• MUP # 5 - (south-side of Scott Street east of Bayview Station) connected to existing pathway, ready for asphalt placement. 
• MUP # 3 - (south-side of Scott Street north of Tom Brown Arena) being constructed this week
• MUP # 2 - (north-side of Scott Street west of Bayview Station) paved
