Open House: proposed Westgate Re-Development

Please join us on Monday June 20 between 6 and 8:30 pm for the final Open House pertaining to 1309 Carling Avenue (Westgate Shopping Centre).  The event will be held in the Ottawa Room at the Best Western Hotel, 1274 Carling Avenue.

The agenda for the open house is as follows:

6:00-6:30  Open House format. Experts to stand by their stations (info boards) to discuss the project.

6:30-7:00 Project Team Presentation:
              • Opening remarks
              • Overview of process/ update, ‘What we’ve Heard’ & next steps.
              • Discuss changes to the Site Plan.
              • Discussion of a transportation overview

7:00-7:30 Public Questions in group setting

7:30-8:00 Experts return to stations to answer questions/concerns in small group format.

8:00-8:15 Closing remarks by Stuart Craig (RioCan) & Councillors Leiper and Brockington
