MTO Queensway bridge replacement - joint Somerset/Kitchissippi letter

On February 28, I wrote about the several bridge rehabilitations/replacements planned for Kitchissippi and Somerset Ward in the next few years. Late last week, Somerset Councillor Catherine McKenney and I submitted a joint letter to the Ministry of Transportation. In it, we've asked for enhancements to improve pedestrian and cycling improvements. A copy of the letter (.pdf) is below.
