Carling/Churchill/Kirkwood prep work coming in April

Residents and businesses in the area of Carling, Kirkwood and Churchill Avenues will soon be receiving the notice attached to this post, providing an update on an upcoming road renewal project on Carling, Kirkwood and Churchill Avenues. While the construction project itself is set to tentatively begin in the spring of 2023, you can expect to see crews doing field investigations this month.
