Cancelled: 327 Richmond Road Development - Zoning By-Law Amendment Application - Online Community Meeting

Our office is hosting a pre-application community meeting on a proposed development at 327 Richmond Road (which includes frontage along Churchill, Richmond and Winona), which will require a Zoning By-Law Amendment application to accomplish. The project is proposed to be a 9-storey residential rental building with 184-units and commercial at grade. In addition, they are proposing to provide 130 vehicle parking spaces on two levels of underground parking.  

We are holding a community meeting in order to give residents an early opportunity to review the details of the application and ask questions of the developer and City planning staff. The meeting will be an opportunity for the developer to receive feedback as well. 

Once the application is submitted, full details will be available on DevApps.
