Armstrong St Study: Community Vision at Planning Committee - Feb 14

We are thrilled to let you know that at Planning Committee on Feb 14, we are bringing forward our Armstrong St Study: Community Vision document and will requesting that Planning Services lift the holding symbol and implement the suffix -c zoning to allow for small-scale commerical uses along Armstrong St.  We are further recommending that Planning Services consult the Community Vision document when reviewing future applications along Armstrong St.

Our office would like to thank everyone who attended the multiple rounds of consultation on this item. We believe we've developed a really interesting and collaborative guide that will allow Armstrong St to evolve in a way that is not only beneficial to the community, but to the City as a whole.
