99 Parkdale Ave - Site Plan Control Application + Pre-Construction - Community Meeting

A Site Plan Control application to construct a 28-storey high-rise apartment building with 240 dwelling units and 220 vehicular parking spaces has been submitted to the City of Ottawa by Brigil, who are currently in the process of building their project on the adjacent site at 121 Parkdale Ave. The Zoning for both of these towers was previously approved. You can look at the application here on DevApps. We are hosting a community meeting both to review this application in further detail, as well as to discuss the construction phasing of the project.  Once the comprehensive construction information is available, we will also circulate it to the community. The applicant and city staff will be on hand to answer any questions and to take your feedback during the meeting as well.
