472 Byron Place/433, 435, 439 Churchill Ave potential development update

A Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Control application is being proposed for a potential development at Churchill Ave and Byron Place. The proposed development would be a mixed-use, six-storey building with commercial at grade on the Churchill facing side. The remainder of the building will be residential, and a two-level underground parking garage with access off Highcroft is proposed as part of this development.

We are holding a community open house to discuss this proposed development on Tuesday, October 30th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, at the Real Canadian Superstore PC Cooking School (190 Richmond Road). At this meeting, the consultant team will present the details of what they are proposing and what they will be requesting from the City.

It is important to note that the developer has not formally submitted their application yet, nor has our office been approached to review the proposed development in detail yet. From speaking with Novatech, the lead consultant working on behalf of the developer, they want to hear community feedback at the open house before submitting formally to the city.
