A total of 42 residential units are proposed, and two commercial uses are proposed on the ground floor. Two levels of underground parking area proposed. The proposed development has been designed in conformity with the provisions of the Traditional Mainstreet zone in terms of setbacks from the property lines, and stepbacks for the upper floors of the building.
