327 Richmond Road open house video

This week, we held a virtual open house to look at CLV Group's plans to develop the corner of Churchill/Richmond/Athlone with a nine-storey mixed use building. I've posted the video of that open house which had a very productive Q&A session to YouTube. As I noted to participants, I'm open-minded to supporting this development, but would like your feedback. Email me and, if you wish, we'll pass that on to the developer for their consideration.

I expect the developer will file an application with the City for a re-zoning in the next few weeks, and that will kick off a formal application process.
