243/245 Hinchey Development Proposal - updated (2)

For those who have been following the 243-245 Hinchey Ave development, you may be interested to know that a few additional minor changes have been made to the application, as follows:

• Cladding changes from metal panel to pre-finished cementious panel;
• Additional landscaping in the front and rear; and,
• Removal of walkway parallel to the street (so there are now three walkways leading to the sidewalk and additional landscaping in the front yard where previously there was hardscaped walkway).
