243/245 Hinchey Development Proposal - updated

For those who have been following the 243-245 Hinchey Ave development, you may be interested to know that a few minor changes have been made to the application, as follows:

• masonry added to the rear of the building;
• Juliet balconies at rear removed (it is noted that the elevation plans still show balconies. The applicant has been alerted about this and they will be removed);
• details on waste receptable and bicycle parking provided on Elevations; and,
• removal of one pedestrian connection at front of building (previously 3, now two—one on the interior side yard and one to the front of the building).
