211 Loretta Ave - Zoning By-Law Amendment & Site Plan Control applications + Open House

As you may be aware, is a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application circulating for 211 Loretta Ave to facilitate the establishment of a fourth unit in the basement of the three-unit dwelling located at 211 Loretta Avenue.

You can review both applications further on DevApps and send any comments on the applications to our office ( and / or, as well as to the lead planner on the file Jean-Charles Renaud ( Please note that feedback can be given up to and after the open house. 

Our office is also hosting an open house to discuss these applications on Thursday, May 2 at Happy Goat Coffee (35 Laurel) from 6:00-7:30pm. The applicant's team will be on hand to run through the two applications, and the lead planner will be available to field process questions. Jeff will also facilitate a Q + A.
