1655 Carling Ave Development - Zoning By-Law Amendment re-submission

For those following the progress of the Zoning By-Law Amendment for 1655 Carling, please note that there has been a re-submission of the application which can be reviewed here on DevApps. The big change is that the building height has been reduced to 18 storeys based on discussions with staff and UDRP recommendations.
