1655 Carling Ave Development - pre-application - Open House

Surface Developments is looking to move forward with a development at 1655 Carling Ave. The proposed application will be a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application to permit a mixed-use building with ground floor commercial and residential rental apartments above. The development is proposed to have a podium base of 6 floors with a point tower to the West of 22 stories in total with a height of roughly 67.5M.  They are proposing a total of approximately 260 apartments, of one and two bedroom units. Parking for residents will be provided below grade, with ground floor parking at the rear for both commercial and visitor use. Amble outdoor amenity space is proposed for residential use on the seventh floor terrace along with interior amenity space at the ground floor.  The proposed tower will meet or exceed approved City setback guidelines.

We are hosting an Open House to discuss this proposed development further.
